Andean pink rock salt is harvested at an altitude of more than 9,800 ft and is extracted from a deposit in the Andes mountain range that is several millions of years old. Its rich iron, calcium, potassium and magnesium content means that it is the perfect ally for your health.
We recommend grinding the salt at the very last moment in a Peugeot salt mill without exceeding the recommended maximum daily salt intake of 5g.
